I interviewed with the team I ended up being on, we had three interviews and one writing assignment. It's a pretty traditional entry level interview but definitely helps if you research the company and their clients ahead of time.
This process involves a few steps. You'll talk with talent acquisition, the hiring manager for the team, and a supervisor. It usually takes around two weeks. Everything is done over Zoom.
Interview went well with HR and the team. They were very optimistic about adding me to the team. HR reached out after and told me that the position I interviewed for was no longer open but had another department open for me. I was following up and excited but never heard back from.
