A rep contacted me about an interview opportunity. I agreed, but only if they could explain the job and give more company info. They sent the ad. The interview was on Zoom, and it was a group setting. They just asked if I could work the hours and what my potential earnings could be. I tried to ask them to describe the job and give more details about the company, but they quickly dismissed me.
Had a 2 round interview via zoom. The first was a group interview and the second was a one on one. It was very open ended and focused on getting to know the company, rather than looking at individual skills.
The interview was a group setting with 5 candidates. The questions were direct and focused on how we interact with others and our comfort level with new people. It was a brief and pleasant interview.
