applied got a callback, set up a interview they asked for a 2nd interview so I did that. BUTTT no where until I was hired did they tell me I would be working 3 weeks before pay
The interview process felt unprofessional. A receptionist called for a pre-screening, which wasn't disclosed upfront. When I said it wasn't a good time, she seemed annoyed and wouldn't reschedule, forcing me to talk then. For the in-person interview, I didn't meet the scheduled person. The person I did meet just took my resume, glanced at it, and asked a few basic questions, despite never having seen it before. I was only allowed one question at the end, and they said it wouldn't be answered until a second interview. At that point, I felt they were unaccommodating and unresponsive, so I lost interest. It would be better if 517 improved their interview process to respect applicants' time.
My resume didn't impress them much and the meeting was very brief. The office environment felt rather quiet. I spoke with a pleasant individual, but ultimately didn't hear back. I felt like I would have been a good fit for the role and the salary they mentioned was quite good.
