Jacqueline made this candidate experience outstanding. Constant communication, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about me. Screening, 1:1 interview, panel interview over a couple weeks. Jim, Jan, and Travis were amazing interviewers. I did not get the job offer, but I commend this candidate experience.

The interview process was pleasant. Two interviewers asked questions from a prepared list. They were friendly and offered clarification.

Had a phone interview with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the team manager. After that, there was a video conference with the team manager and the director. I was told I'd hear back the next week, but when a week passed with no news, I contacted the recruiter. She told me to be patient, that I was still being considered and would get an update when there was one. I never got that update. Weeks later, a follow-up email I sent was also never answered.
