Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pleasant. Although it was early for the hiring manager, she seemed interested. It felt like they were seeking particular candidates, and I didn't fit that mold.

The interviewer was professional and showed a strong interest in my work. They were happy to answer my questions, even the tricky ones.

We did three video interviews. One was early to make it work for people in different time zones. It was quick and professional. HR answered my questions about pay, culture, and working remotely.
