Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process was straightforward. It started with a brief pre-screen, followed by one-on-one interviews with three managers at different levels. All interviews were conducted via Teams. Most of the questions were pretty easy, aiming to gauge your thinking abilities.

I had a casual one-on-one chat with the sales manager. It was pretty relaxed, not as formal as I thought it would be. We chatted about the business and they gave me a tour of the store.

The interview questions were pretty standard, focusing on your sales approach and past successes. You'll need to talk about your experiences since it's a commission-based role. Just a heads-up, if there aren't enough leads in your area, you might have to travel further than you're comfortable with.
