Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was simple and moved fast. I had about 4-5 rounds of interviews, which were a mix of phone and video calls. The interviewers were really nice, friendly, and knew their stuff, asking both behavioural and technical questions. It was a good and informative experience overall.

I had an initial zoom call with a group creative director and a regular creative director. It felt more like a formal interview than just an intro call. They asked me to go over some projects from my portfolio and then I got to ask them some questions.

The interview process was quick and smooth, with no extra paperwork and a very professional attitude. I think it's enough, but if it's still not enough, then I guess I have to elaborate, but I really don't know the meaning of this restriction. You should really learn from Twitter.
