The last interview with a senior person felt like all the questions were generated by AI. Even though I have a strong background, I don't think I'm good at interviews. You should be super prepared for their interview process.

The interview process with 5.11 was great and they were very accommodating. I took the whole day off from my previous job to come on site. Once they learned that, the team made it possible for all team members to meet with me in one day, rather than having to take more time off.

I had an initial phone call with the recruiter that went for about half an hour. After that, there was a 45 minute in-person meeting with two team members.
