Candidate-reported interview process

The standard process involves an initial phone screen with HR, followed by a second round with operations managers. Candidates who do well move on to an interview with the customer service director. A culture fit survey with many personality questions is also required.

The interview process was mostly behavioral, without any tough or surprising questions. We mostly went over my resume. It had several rounds, which felt like a bit too much. It was a chatty experience, focusing more on my background and experience than technical problems.

It was a long process, but it wasn't bad. The people were nice. They didn't mention workplace issues like micromanagement. Your daily tasks, like phone calls and emails, can be changed by them whenever they want, not by you.
