I had an initial call with the recruiter. After that, I had an hour-long discussion with the team lead. Then, I went on-site for 3 sessions that took about 3 hours total. There were two technical sessions, each with a tech lead and an engineer, and one behavioral session. The behavioral questions were standard, asking about values. The technical sessions focused on design, with many questions about React and modern JS. The recruiter only contacted me through the job site account, besides the calls. My rejection was sent from a no-reply account, so I couldn't get feedback.
It was a three-step interview. First, a phone call with the recruiter, then an on-site with the executive assistant and finally a phone call with the CHRO. Straight forward.
I applied online and first had a phone chat with a senior recruiter. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager over the phone. After a few weeks, I had a final in-office interview with three team members. The people I spoke with who worked directly on client engagement were great, but the recruiter's lack of communication really made the whole experience negative and affected how I view the company. I tried to follow up about a decision multiple times via email and phone, but I never heard back. While I know recruiters can be busy, not responding after a final interview feels disrespectful.
