They asked some basic questions about my background, school, customer service skills, and family. They also asked about my choice for the finance degree and my career goals. The interviewers made it a very comfortable experience and let me ask questions to understand more about what the company does and what I can expect.
The interview process was extensive. I met with two women who were very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. They were really nice people and seemed to care about each other's well-being, but I heard some rumors about it being a pyramid scheme, which made me a bit suspicious.
The interview process is a 4 step process that I feel is completely necessary and fair for a job like this. It was lengthy enough that it enables both the employer and candidate plenty of time to ask questions, have a good idea about what is expected, and how compensation will be structured.
