Candidate-reported interview process

We had Zoom interviews and I was asked questions about why I applied and how I could benefit from the job. It's about helping people in the future and balancing their futures.

It's a 4-5 meeting interview process where you get to meet a lot of great people and learn the company values. I loved all the people I got to meet and it made me excited to join the company.

They give you an initial call with another financial planner to get a general sense of you, your goals, and your work personality. After that they usually tell you to continue with the hiring process, or whether not this is the right fit for you or the company.
