Candidate-reported interview process

Lots of rounds, very repetitive. Not super competitive. Met with the Jacksonville team, tho, and they were very kind and cool. Great company culture, just don't love their platform for sharing all clients.

It was a long interview process with multiple calls with leadership. The interviews were over Zoom and they presented a lot of information. The leadership was very nice and it felt very conversational. They provided information ahead of time so you can be fully prepared.

The process was straightforward, involving four interviews where I met various team members. It's a draw-based, commission-only role, and based on my research, there's a very high turnover rate for new hires.
