Cold calling and sales experience were the main thing they looked for in this sales-focused job. They wanted to see your numbers, like calls per day, deals closed, and quotas met. They also asked about your salary expectations to see if you were affordable. Plus, they wanted to check your business knowledge and make sure you understood the sales cycle, not just the theory.
Applied same day. They ask for computer specs and a Vocaroo assessment. HR replied hours later, but two different HR people reached out, which was confusing.
The recruiter reached out and I had one interview with the hiring manager. He mentioned the final decision was his and that he'd get back to me within 24-48 hours, but then totally ghosted. I followed up with both of them a week later for an update and was just ignored.
