Candidate-reported interview process

Had a short 30 minute leadership interview. Got an offer within the month. They didn't seem too worried about my experience or what I knew; there was no coding question or anything.

It was just a behavioral interview, asking about what languages I know, telling me about myself, how coursework is going and whats my most difficult class, whats my gpa, and what is my projected gpa etc etc etc

Basically, it's a lot of behavioral questions to see how you connect with people. The interview aims to build a good connection with the interviewer and to figure out your skills so they know where to place you.
