It was a phone interview then a remote interview. You get asked basic technical questions and other situational questions. Pretty simple and easy. The interviewers are relaxed and probably contact you because of your resume.
The interview process is great. First, they ask some basic questions like what DHCP stands for and about some protocols. Then, they move you to the next stage where they find a job that matches you. They give you a list of questions to expect in the interview, and it's very accurate.
Standard review process, you submit your application then an internal recruiter calls you for a phone interview, then you come in for an in person interview. The issue I had was that the internal talent acquition clearly did not do any research on my resume and asked me some dumb questions about what I did. She also seemed severely uncomfortable and ranted on some innapropriate things. I've been on a lot of interviews during my lifetime and in all honesty she failed to ask the proper questions to narrow down a candidate.
