The recruiter called me a lot to discuss RTRs. Then, they scheduled a screening call and asked for my availability. After that, I was ghosted. I would not recommend this company.
Had some calls asking for details about jobs. At the time, it seemed fine. But then they did a typical bait and switch. We agreed on a rate in writing, and I was presented to the client. After the client showed interest, they came back to lowball me, saying the client couldn't pay the agreed rate. This is a big red flag about future issues with them, like getting paid.
The hiring process was strange. I had like 2 or 3 recruiters call me. I didn't get a job description until the day before the interview. The interview itself was okay. I did an excel test, which wasn't too bad. I've followed up but haven't heard anything back yet. Am I hired or not? I'm not sure about this company.
