The initial phone screen covered my work history and some technical aspects. I got the impression I might be missing some technical skills they were looking for. Then there was a loop with 5 people, including management. They asked a lot about how I handle customer communication and solve problems. I also had to do a role-play of how I'd explain the software to someone. Ultimately, they emphasized creativity and attitude, noting that the products evolve constantly, so technical skills are learned on the job. They value people who are positive, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solvers.
The process started with friendly chats with lots of employees, showing that 3sharp values team input, good fit, and culture. After a phone screen, there was a half-day of meetings with 5 people. A week later, I was invited back for a second interview focused on a specific project, which ultimately led to a job offer after 6 weeks.
The interview process started with an initial phone screen from HR. After that, it was a really pleasant experience meeting about 7 people over two separate days. The interviews were pretty standard, asking about career goals, previous experience, and included a couple of scenario-based questions like "What would you do if...". There were also one or two questions touching on specific project management methodologies. Each interview was fairly brief, lasting about 30-45 minutes.
