The interview process included two technical rounds and one HR managerial round. The technical rounds focused on API automation testing and UI automation using Selenium, along with some manual testing concepts like regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
I had an initial interview in November. It went well and they said I was a good fit. The next step was supposed to be another interview with someone from India. After that, I heard nothing for about a month. I emailed for an update but got no reply even after another month. I followed up again a few weeks later and still no response. I get that hiring can be slow or change, but the silence felt unprofessional. A quick update or even a rejection would have been nice.
It was an okay interview. You first meet the recruiter, after that there's a technical interview where the delivery manager is involved, and if you do okay, you could have another technical interview with the client and/or finally your last interview will be with a representative of the client for a conversation where they try to figure out your experience and if you fit into their culture and what they are looking for.
