They asked closed questions that need a factual answer, open-ended questions that require you to work through the answer, situational questions asking how you would proceed in hypothetical situations, and behavioral questions asking about past experiences dealing with certain situations.

I had a telephonic interview that was followed by a face-to-face interview. The telephonic interview was a technical round with a panel. The face-to-face interview was more casual. The whole process took a week to complete, and they called me with the results.

They white board you, which is not that bad... They also gave you a written test on sourcing, and what your search string is for different roles... BUT what they promise you in the interview never comes to fruition.
