Candidate-reported interview process

First, they called for a face to face interview. Then, the day ended with an on-paper MCQ test and a coding round. The face-to-face interview never happened on that day.

Its excellent, friendly managers, communications skills will be checked. Technical knowledge is a must in java basics and back end side programming. OOps concepts need to be known. Database related questions are asked with joins and subquery.

So there were three rounds in the interview process. First, there was an aptitude test, then a technical interview, and finally an HR interview. The salary compensation is pretty good, with experienced folks potentially earning over 6 lac, and freshers around 3 lac, depending on the designation. The company culture is nice, and the managers and colleagues are friendly. Not too much work, which is great.
