Candidate-reported interview process
Quick and painless interview process. They had me do 2 phone interviews and 2 in-person interviews. They made their decision on who to hire quickly and it took about 3-4 weeks from the first interview to my first day.
It was pretty simple. First, a call with HR. Then they flew me out to HQ for an in-person chat with the heads of the departments and a Project Manager. After that, another in-person interview with some higher-ups.
Went through a few interview rounds and then got flown out to Salt Lake City for the final round. I met with upper management, and they seemed pretty engaging. I also chatted with some of the current employees there, and they gave me a heads up about the management.
