3E Management Interview Questions

It was a pretty easy and direct interview process. I felt like I connected well with the person interviewing me. They appear to be really into ping pong and mainly handle administrative tasks in their role.

It was a 3 step interview process. First was a phone screening. Next, a video call technical interview where I had to write on paper to try and avoid using AI. The final step was an in-person interview where I did the same things as the previous step.

The interview was in-person and while the interviewer was nice, we just didn't click. It was a bit awkward because even though they kept saying it was an entry-level role and I wouldn't need to know much, their technical questions seemed to expect very specific answers.
