I was really impressed with how 3E hired me. At first, I was doubtful about how fast and structured it was, since I've had other "fast" processes take weeks. But this was different. It was a well-organized, efficient, and thoughtful process, which really shows how 3E works. This made me want to join even more. I also liked how they talked openly about 3E's goals, especially becoming an AI-first, data-driven company. They were honest about where they need improvement and their shortcomings, which was helpful in my decision to join yesterday.
The interview process was quite comprehensive, involving key stakeholders and thoroughly addressing all my inquiries and curiosities. Talent Acquisition was clear about the process and timelines, and communication was responsive.
There were three interviews in total. The first interview was a general get-to-know-you session. The second involved a small skill test. The last interview was a meeting with the managers. The interviews were pretty straightforward, mainly focused on assessing your personality and how well you'd fit into the company culture.
