The interview process was fairly quick, taking about 2-3 weeks total, but it covered all the necessary bases. It started with an initial phone call and an email to arrange a phone interview. Following that, there was a Skype interview with three interviewers since I was interviewing remotely. After the Skype interview, I had to complete a skills test. Finally, they extended an offer. Throughout the entire process, the team was really friendly and professional. They also checked my references.
I applied online and a week later, I had a phone interview with the talent acquisition partner. Another week after that, I had an in person interview with the regional manager. The first interview was pretty standard, but the in person one was way more relaxed and included situational questions along with personal experience questions.
I had three interviews. The first two were phone calls. The second one was a conference call with two interviewers, and they asked a lot of scenario-based questions. The third interview was supposed to be with one person, but when I arrived, there were three interviewers. One was on a Google Chat video call, which made it a bit awkward. I was expecting to interview with just one person, so it was a surprise. Trying to talk to them and also to a small laptop on the desk was tough, but they were all really nice. They asked a lot of scenario questions again. The interview took about an hour.
