Candidate-reported interview process
It was a good experience overall. I introduced myself and was asked some IAM-related questions. However, I never received further feedback from HR. The hiring manager was in the US and had high expectations for the Engineer position. I also wasn't sure which position was actually open or its location.
The interview process had 3 rounds and took about 3 weeks. It started with HR, and then I spoke with two other people separately, though I can't recall their specific titles. The interviews felt pretty relaxed and conversational overall, and each person made me feel comfortable. They mostly asked about my experience.
I met with the department head. They asked a few technical questions related to the field. Since my internship was in the RnD department, there was a lot of emphasis on showing interest in the latest developments.
