I spoke with the HR recruiter, then the hiring manager. After that, I met with another employee, the CFO. I got a verbal offer soon after, then the formal offer package.
Got the initial contact through a friend who was employed at the company. I really had to push and try multiple times over many months to even get an interview. It was quite tough to get past HR. But, once I finally got to meet the hiring manager, things became much easier and went more smoothly.
I heard about this temporary gig from a temp agency. They wanted to check my language skills, so I had to write letters in a bunch of different languages and also chat in them. It was pretty chill, honestly. They really just cared about how good I was with languages. I got the offer the same day.
