3CLogic Software Engineer interviews, decoded.

The whole thing took about a month and included an online assessment, followed by three technical interviews. After that, there were some discussions about management and salary. The interviews were of varying difficulty and touched on many areas of computer science.

Interview at 3C logic was good, they asked basic java questions, then spring boot and microservices, kafka related, docker deployment, and design patterns. I wasn't prepared for those types of questions so I didn't get selected.

The process took about 2 months. The 1st round was a coding round on Hacker Earth. The 2nd round was a technical interview of about 1 hour. The 3rd round was again a technical interview round of about 1.15 hrs. Then the HR contacted me and told me that I was shortlisted for a final HR interview for salary negotiation. Gave me a verbal confirmation over the phone that I was selected and will be ready to join next week. A week passes and no response from their side. HR rejected my calls and kept on delaying the offer. I had other offers but had to delay to DOJ for such unethical and unprofessional behavior.
