Candidate-reported interview process

They will take 2 initial tests, one behaviour test and another is a cognitive test. After that, there will be multiple interview rounds. The first round will be with HR, which is an initial, non-technical one. The second round is with the relevant team and would be totally technical. The last round is with the senior one.

I did the interview over webcam. First, I talked to my potential boss. Then, I had another interview with their boss. Both interviews included questions about my past experiences.

I went through several rounds of behavioral and soft technical video calls with the team and leadership. I think there were 5 interviews in total. An external recruiter helped me with the process.
