The interview process focused on your experience in calling on nursing homes. They wanted to understand your background with speaking to administrators and director of nursing managers within these facilities, and how you deal with objections.
The whole process was very simple. I got recommended for the job through a previous employee, so not sure if that had to do with anything. Went through one round of interviews.
I met with the VP of Operations. She took the time to explain the company overall and the position. It was nice that there was no HR interview, I went straight to the person I would be reporting to. She answered all my questions, and the interview was more like a dialogue and conversation rather than the old-school way of generic questioning.
