I applied online and was supposed to do a one-way recorded interview, but was called for a first-round call before I completed the screener. I then did a second round with the Program Director before being offered the position. Both people I talked to were super nice and honest about the reality of the job.
The interview process was remote and very efficient. First, information was shared with a group, then I had individual interviews. I heard back within 24 hours. The interviews assessed technical skills and attitude.
So when I applied through Indeed, 360 had me do some assessments. One was about my general work attitudes and behaviors, and the other was a thinking skills test. Then, in the interview itself, they asked me direct questions about specific work situations that petitioners deal with and how I'd handle them. I talked about my past experience with canvassing and petitioning, and I figure if you've done this before, they'll likely give you a chance to see if you can hit the daily targets for signatures or voter registrations. If you're going door-to-door, you'd track how many doors you knocked on, how many people you talked to, and how many voters ended up signing.
