The verbal interview was really useful for understanding the job better. Make sure to ask questions! If you want to know about the workload, training, or how the job is set up, just ask!
The interview process involved a brief 15-minute pre-screen followed by an in-person interview. Both the interviewer and recruiter were very pleasant. The in-person part lasted about 30 minutes, and I got a response back quite quickly.
The recruiter was really nice, but the next interviewer seemed very serious and uninterested. She wasn't terrible, and the questions weren't super hard, just a lack of energy. Not sure if that's how the company usually is, or if she was just having an off day. They said they'd get back to me in two business days about a decision, but they hadn't made one yet. I didn't follow up since they had been bad at responding to emails before, so it seemed like a disorganized place and better to just steer clear.
