The interview process included a one-hour online interview, followed by a skills test assessment. Nothing surprising around interview questions, which were based on practical, theoretical and organisational experience. The skills test assessment was a series of 'situations' and the overall content was shared in advance so it was easy to prepare for that.
So there were like 3 stages to this. First was just a quick call to see if I was a fit. Then I had to do a skills exercise thing. The last part was a formal interview, there were about 5 people there, the Team Leader and HR Manager were among them.
It started off pretty standard with the person who was leaving the role. Then there was a panel interview with people from all over the world. Most of them didn't say much, except for one person who seemed to be trying to top everything I said. It felt more like a competition than an interview. After that, I had to do a written test that was more about how I'd deal with staff rather than the actual job.
