314e Recruiter interviews, decoded.

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and I came to the office for a interview after a phone call where we got to know more about the company’s mission.

I had about 4 rounds of interviews. The first round was an aptitude test, which was a bit unusual for a Senior Recruiter role. The second round involved sourcing resumes for a few specific requirements. Then, there was a technical discussion with the hiring manager. The final round was a telephonic interview with an Accounts Manager who is based in the US. The discussion went well, but the offered salary was much lower than what other companies were offering for similar packages. This company is located near my home, but I ultimately decided to accept another offer that provided a better package and role.

First, a phone interview, then an onsite interview. They'll give you some brain teasers, and then you'll chat with the team lead and/or manager. After all that, they'll let you know if you got the job.
