Candidate-reported interview process

I first got a LinkedIn message from a recruiter and after sending my resume, we had a phone call. It was a good chat, and they said they'd connect with the team to set up more interviews. Sadly, I didn't hear back for over three weeks until an automated email said I wasn't chosen. I asked for feedback, but it's been over a week with no reply.

The interview process was easy and pretty straightforward. It had two rounds: HR and a manager. The HR round is typically 15-30 minutes, and the manager round takes about the same amount of time. They asked general questions about my experience and past projects, but nothing too technical about specific tools.

Had an easy phone interview, then had to do 2 online tests. One was about fiber optics and the other was about GIS. After I did the tests, nobody emailed or called me back even though I reached out multiple times to ask about next steps. It would be nice if they could let candidates know if they're moving forward instead of ghosting.
