The interview was pretty chill, like a casual chat over coffee to get acquainted. We talked about my background, previous projects, and why I was interested in this company.
It was a quick interview process. I first spoke with the recruiter. Then, I had several interviews with different managers. I really appreciated how quickly they communicated throughout. The whole experience felt very fair, and it confirmed for me that this is a solid organization.
The interview process was quite long, involving several interviews. It included a computer-based test, a personality assessment with repetitive questions about speaking up against disagreements, an interview for the Territory Manager position, then an interview with the Territory Manager themselves, followed by further testing, and finally an interview with the Regional Manager.
