The interview process felt pretty standard. It was a little weird that I didn't talk to anyone I'd actually be working with, but maybe that's just how bigger companies like 2U do things.
Had an amazing interview experience with a great team. While nearing the end of the process and getting close to an offer, the position was unexpectedly eliminated without any prior warning. Due to this, I wouldn't recommend interviewing here.
So, the interview had three main parts. First, we just chatted to see if we'd vibe, then there was a coding test to check my technical skills, and finally, a chat with the team to see how I'd fit in. Overall, it was a pretty good and not-too-stressful experience.
