The interview process was straightforward. I was initially rejected, but then offered the position. It was a simple conversation where they asked if I was still interested in the job and inquired about my college status and qualifications. I received a follow-up email within days for a video call interview. The process was very quick.

I first got contacted for a one-way online interview, then had a phone screen with HR, and after that, a one-on-one video interview with a manager. They actually changed their process recently to be faster, so my third interview was only two weeks after they first reached out. But then I didn't hear back for three whole weeks. It was pretty inconvenient not hearing back until winter break started, especially since it was for a spring internship. Overall it was a pretty good interview experience though. The first two interviews were mainly basic HR questions, but the third one was more in depth.

I had to do a recorded video interview screening, and then I had a scheduled video call with the manager. It was a pretty easy process and only took a few weeks.
