Candidate-reported interview process

Recruiter reached out soon after I applied and things moved fast. There were some hiccups, like nearly missing an interview because it wasn't sent to me. I made it to the final interview, and an executive said they'd be in touch next week, but then the recruiter went silent and I heard nothing. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here if they can't follow up at the end.

The first step was a 30-minute chat with an internal recruiter. They wanted to learn more about your past work experience, how it fits the job, and give you more details about the position.

I had a great initial chat with the recruiter and was pretty interested, but then I saw the reviews. Learning about the behavioral questions made me rethink their process. I don't see how those questions can accurately assess a good fit.
