Candidate-reported interview process

Instead of scheduling further interviews to check my qualifications, I was asked to do a more advanced skills test. I did the original test and apparently did so well that they thought I cheated. 2U seems unaware that there are other companies in this small industry with similar best practices, and some of those employees might want to work for 2U! Hospitals don't question doctors about their patient care ideas, so why question my competence? It's embarrassing and insulting. I wonder who they actually hire.

Everything went smoothly. The first interview was alright, but I really nailed the writing assignment. After that, I had two separate interviews, one with the senior copywriter and another with the graphics and copy manager, which was a bit intimidating. They said I'd hear back in two weeks, and I've tried reaching out but haven't heard anything yet. It seemed like a great place to work, though.

First I had an interview with HR, then a second round interview with 2 members of the content team. The HR rep asked typical questions about my interests, experience and salary requirements. The two people from the Content team asked more in depth questions. They came across as very jargon-y Tech Bros. After not hearing back for a couple of weeks, I suddenly got another voicemail from the HR rep. I returned her call and left a message, but then never heard back again. It was very strange.
