Candidate-reported interview process

First up was a phone screen with the recruiter. Then, I had a behavioral chat with the hiring manager. The last part was a case study and more behavioral questions with the hiring manager and another person from the analytics team.

First, I got a call from HR, who was very nice! Then, I met with the Hiring Manager, which was also pleasant and a great conversation. After that, the hiring manager set up a final interview with the team members. Finally, HR scheduled a 15-minute rejection call. I was so excited to become part of the team when I got the email from HR, and I just knew this was it. I wish 2U the best in finding the perfect candidate. Thank you for your time! I wish I was the one.

The interview process was quite simple, with three interviews in total: first an HR screen, then a meeting with the Hiring Manager, and finally a Panel interview. Everything was really well organized and clear, which made it stress-free. The HR representative kept me updated with all the details throughout.
