Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process seemed to be looking for non-specific technical skills. There were technical questions, but probably more questions about thought process and people skills. I even asked and they admitted they were looking for culture fit and consulting/leadership ability.
The interview process and the technical part of it were pretty fair and easy. If you want to start a career in Cloud Computing, I'd recommend starting here and then growing through promotions and experience, just like I did.
I applied via the website and a recruiter got back to me a week after I responded. They then scheduled a technical interview with a senior engineer, which covered basic security and technical resume questions. I followed up twice with the recruiter for feedback but heard nothing back, which is pretty common.
