Candidate-reported interview process

I had a couple of phone interviews and then an in-person super day. During the super day, we had a team lunch. The in-person part was all technical assessments and they were pretty tough.

It started with a quick case interview over Zoom. Then, I had an in-person superday in Richmond. The superday included two case interviews, a behavioral interview, and a brief chat with the company founder. We also had lunch with current employees. The cases weren't too hard, and everyone was friendly.
