Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quick and efficient, very direct. They make fast decisions about who they want to hire. No time was wasted. The interview is about 30 minutes and might include an on the job portion if needed.

My interview was super chill, we mainly talked about ABA practices. It felt like a casual chat, really easy, and honestly, not much different from other places I've interviewed. It was great.

The interview process was quick and easy, pretty much standard for most interviews. I'd definitely recommend it. The questions asked were fair and aligned with what I anticipated.
