It was like taking a pop quiz with pre-scripted interview questions which was interesting. I don’t feel the sales associates on floor had the skill sets being sought for this position.
The interview process involved a technical round, followed by an aptitude round and a group discussion. Then there was an HR discussion, and another technical assessment round. Finally, there was a project creation task where I had 5 days to analyze a problem statement and push it to GitHub, covering both front-end and back-end aspects.
The interview experience was comfortable and informative. The company has a good, smooth interview process. I would recommend it for someone needing full or part-time work. The schedule was/is flexible. The interview wasn't long and took place at the actual location.
