Candidate-reported interview process

So I had this initial phone screen with the VP of talent acquisition. We did have to reschedule a couple of times 'cause it was hard on their side to find a time. After that, there was a zoom panel interview with two associates, a frontline manager, and a business partner.

The interview process involved an initial phone screen, followed by two video interviews. If they decide to move forward, they will contact your references and then extend an offer if everything looks good. The interview itself wasn't too tough, and you'll get to chat with the team members you'd be working with.

It was a really straightforward and fast interview process. I sent in my application, had a phone chat, and then a virtual meeting with my manager, the team, and the VP. They extended an offer, which I took.
