I applied online and a day later they sent me an email to schedule a phone interview. This interview was about 30 minutes and covered general interview questions like "Tell me about yourself" and "Why are you a good candidate?". A week later, I got a call to schedule an in-person interview. This one focused on my background, like my schooling and work history, and how it relates to the job. It was also about 30 minutes.
It starts with a phone interview with recruiters, then an onsite interview with the office GM. This is typically followed by a "day in the pit" where you sit and chat with each team member individually. After that, there's a Skype interview with the Regional Ops Director, and then usually an offer.
So the interview process for this role is pretty involved. You start with an interview with the GM at the branch office. After that, you'll head back to the branch office for another round where you meet all the Account Managers you'd be working with; you'll go to each of them and get to interview with them. Then, the next step is an interview with the RDO, which could be at corporate or done over Skype. Finally, before they make you an offer, they usually invite you to dinner with the team.
