It was a simple, straightforward, normal process and questions. There were 2 interviews. Calling the club directly might help get your name noticed over other resumes. It's best to try to reach the GM or AGM. Having knowledge of CRM and cold calling is important.
The interview was on the phone, and they just asked general questions about why I would want to work there and what motivates me to want to be apart of the team at 24 hour fitness
The interview process was pretty straightforward and enjoyable. Everyone I met was really nice and even took the time to show me around the gym. It seemed like a solid team with a good atmosphere. This was back in San Francisco before the pandemic hit. Overall, it was a good experience and I would be open to returning. Had a great time, thanks for everything.
