The interview wasn't too long. They asked about my background in fitness and sales. Didn't ask for education or job experience specifics. Told me to bring my resume and dress nicely.
It was quick and easy, just one phone call. They wanted to know about me and my past experience. They also wanted to ensure I did my research, so they asked about the company. No trick questions.
The manager started off asking me what I accomplished today as we were walking to his office. It felt a bit much for an entry level role, as I'm used to more standard questions. I told him I was preparing for the interview and then he asked me what questions I thought he'd ask. I thought it was a bit much for an entry level sales job, since no other sales job I've interviewed for has asked me these types of questions. The interviewer seemed a bit distant, but I could tell he was really into his work. He didn't seem very impressed or cared much about my answers.
