The interview process was very straightforward. They asked about customer experience and if I could sell memberships. It was an easy interview, but the pay was low.

It was a quick and easy interview process. There were only 2 rounds. I met with 2 managers. They asked pretty standard questions. There were no surprises. It's always a good idea to follow up in person.

It was a pretty standard interview process. First, there was a group interview, and then if you moved on, you had one-on-one interviews. The job is basically checking people into the gym, helping them sign up for new memberships, and making sure the bathrooms are clean.
